the coke booger is there. I didn't think Dylan had the white paint on this one. I know he did on other Rolling Thunder shows but I don't remember him having it on this one. I read Levon Helms book and it sounds pretty obvious that Robertson was on an ego trip, at least that's the way it sounds.

While we're on the subject the directors cut of Woodstock sucks compared to the original, the movie doesn't flow right at all. It's cool getting extra footage even if they only gave ONE GD song and not the one I'd want to hear the most ( Lovelight ).

Should have responded w/ my reply but I also agree that the original was the best of this flick but not the best concert movie. I of course loved The Who,Santana,Airplane and Ten years After as the standouts but the split screen technic
was real annoying. Also ages ago got my answer to where the guitar Pete Townsend tossed went. The skeptic in me always thought in just made it into the photo / security pit and no further, well I was right after conformation from Cliff and others that's where the roadies were stationed and caught it to be used again.Very dramatic effect but fucking lame in reality.
